What it costs
Add anything that costs money. Commission is worked out per channel, cleaning per stay, consumables per night, and monthly costs are owed whether anything sells or not.
Waiting to be checked
Cleaners photograph every room before and after. Nothing is marked finished until you say so.
Checkout to clean
A guest taps once, the right cleaner is told, the code closes and the apartment goes back on sale.

Everything else guests read
Directions, house rules, bins, heating, local picks, taxis and emergencies are written in the guest manual. Anything left unwritten is hidden from guests.

Anything written here gets answered automatically. Anything missing comes to you instead.
Leave off for things the system should know but a guest page should not lead with, like refunds.
